• Each site had to be cleaned for living at the end of every day.

Construction schedule: Three phases over eight months.

Construction budget: $851,593.00

Project Description: Three phase renovation of Palm Bay Facility.

Interesting aspects:

• Removal of a fire place from the residential facility.
• Complete renovation of the kitchen and bathrooms.
• Took out the traditional residential bath tub and replaced with a shower only facility.

Delivery System: Negotiated design build with D&G providing all floor plans

Construction schedule: Each phase will be approximately one month.

Construction budget:

Estimated $75,000
