Project Description: Build out of a 1,400 square foot space for Jimmy John’s sandwich restaurant in an existing shopping center.

Interesting aspects:

• The store was a complete remodel of a convenience store.
• Had to share the parking with three other tenants in the building who were operating during the construction.
• Had to redesign duct work during construction

Delivery System: Hard bid

Architect: TRIAD Architects

Construction schedule: Three months – finished one month ahead of schedule

Construction budget: $153,232
