Interesting aspects:

• Former Townsends Seafood was a landmark building in Orlando.
• Post and beam structure originally used as a warehouse.
• Demolished warehouse and replaced with a new 10,000 sq. ft two story executive office building.

Delivery System: Negotiated design-build

Construction schedule: Two years, including design and permitting. Construction budget $2,926,894
