Optical Outlet

Optical Outlet is a renovation project we completed at the Seminal Towne Center Mall in Sanford. We did the architectural drawings and the owner supplied the specs. This was a complete demo all the way to the demising walls, new plumbing for the exam rooms, rest room, break room. New light fixtures thru out the space. Cut floor to install electrical & data boxes in the floor. Framing, drywall, ceiling, painting, flooring & new store front. What made this project a little challenging was the cutting of the concrete floor to install the floor boxes. We came in before the mall opened and cut the slab. No complaints from any of the tenants in the mall during construction.

Smile Concepts Orthodontics

D&G General Contracting is happy to share with you the completion of Smile Concepts Orthodontics in Apopka, FL. They wanted an update to the interior of their 2700 square foot office. D&G was able to exceed their expectations completing the renovation in only 14 working days. D&G removed the existing luxury vinyl flooring. They replaced it with a faux wood ceramic tile as well as changed the color of their walls.  All the dental chairs were disconnected, moved, and reinstalled for this installation.
